TRACK YOUR ORDER
Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive an email with a shipping confirmation. Depending on the shipping method you have selected at checkout, you may or may not find a tracking number in this email.
When applying a free shipping coupon code at checkout, please note that your parcel will be shipped with the standard shipping option for your country and may not provide a tracking option, regardless the option you chose at checkout.
CANADIAN "BY MAIL" SHIPPING OPTION
Please note that with the "By Mail" shipping option (available in Canada only), your package will be shipped by mail, as if it was a letter. Meaning that you'll receive your package directly in your mailbox, nobody will knock at your door. This option doesn’t include any tracking information or signature when delivered.
Items marked as pre-order in their title will be shipped on their restock/release date, which can be found in the product description.
Wrong address : It’s the buyer responsibility to make sure that they enter their shipping address correctly. If you notice any mistakes, please email email@example.com right away so we can attempt to correct this for you. We can only correct errors prior to shipment. We aren’t responsible for the parcels lost due to incorrect shipping address.
Taxes and duties : We cannot determine the duty fees for each country. All customs, import duties, fees and taxes are the customer’s responsibility to pay.
Delivered, but not delivered : If your tracking information confirms that your parcel has been delivered to your delivery address but you still haven’t received your order, please reach out to your local post office so they can investigate the issue.
